I had to keep chasing them just to get my refund sorted, which was really frustrating. Returns shouldn’t take this much effort from the customer. i would’ve expected at least an apology for the delay and the hassle

I ordered from Glamify Fashion i was really impressed with the packaging!!! The box arrived in great shape, nothing was crushed or messy, and everything was wrapped really neatly. Even the smaller items had their own little covers, which I thought was a nice touch!!! It just felt like they actually put care into packing the order. I’d give 5 stars just for how clean and organized everything looked when it arrived!!!

I usually expect checkout pages to be annoying or have some random issue pop up, but this one was actually really simple to use. No extra hassle, which was nice.

For what I paid, I was expecting the fabric to feel a bit nicer. I also had to contact customer service about one of the items and got transferred around, which was annoying and made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

I ordered my usual size because that’s normally my shortcut for avoiding sizing drama, but this one didn’t really work out. The top was tight around my arms but somehow loose at the waist, which made it feel kind of awkward. The material looked fine at first glance, so I thought it would be okay, but after about an hour it just wasn’t comfortable. Maybe the sizing runs weird. It’s not terrible, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again.
